Japanese Cuisine…

The food here in Japan is wonderful. However, most of the time I have NO IDEA what we’re eating. Translation offered by the restaurant:

“Seafood and vegetables of your time spent using only home-grown vegetables and indigenous people – were fed chicken egg yam diet of bamboo mixed with ink signature. Menu content’ll bur…n in front of customers over the miso yuzu bath wipe.”

The bath wipe was especially yummy!
