Intuition May Come as an Image
Everyone is familiar with the old adage that a “picture is worth a thousand words.” Your inner guidance system knows this too! Albert Einstein was a great believer in the power of intuition. He used what he called “thought experiments” to arrive at solutions to highly complex problems. He had an image of a person riding a beam of light that allowed him the insight that gave birth to the theory of relativity.
He wrote that the elements in his creative solutions are, “…in my case, of visual and some muscular type. Conventional words or other signs have to be sought for laboriously” only after receiving these images. He also reported that many of the solutions he sought came to him while shaving!
I find that intuition often comes when I’m taking a walk, or an hour or so after praying or meditating. How about you?
