Intuition Facebook Promotion Results
You Facebook folks are fantastic! As many of you know we held a recent contest to win a free 30-minute intuitive reading with me. (A $150 value.) Patricia from Atlanta was our winner.
We received a lot of fabulous entries! Thank you so much for sharing your ideas and best practices. We’re planning a new contest for later in the month.
In the meantime, I thought it might be helpful to share some of the responses that answered the question:
“What’s your favorite technique for accessing your intuition?”
- I just let my mind get quiet and the answer always comes forth.
- I use meditation with deep breathing.
- I like to ask myself a question and let it go. I usually find myself getting messages when I am walking, taking a shower, doing yoga or waking up with the answer to my question.
- I use clairsentience (clear seeing.)
- Being still and listening to my inner voice.
- Journaling is my most reliable (and primary) technique.
- Meditation helps me the best. When I meditate daily my intuition is much clearer.
- I meditate on truth and goodness.
- When I want to access my intuition, I get calm and simply ask, “is this so?” and when I get a non-emotional feeling of “yes” or “no” I know it is true. I can also hear the word “yes” or “no” very clearly and loudly in my mind.
- I notice my intuition when an emotion or sense/feeling is telling me to “Pay attention. Something is up.”
- I get grounded through breathing and checking in with my heart center.
- I find that the “being in the moment” approach works best for me. Instead of just daydreaming, I like to be fully aware of my surroundings and “noticing and appreciating” things that are often taken for granted. It leads me to stronger insights. I receive intuitive moments that whisper to me that even in my very darkest moments, “All is well”. This year has been particularly challenging for me with the end of my unemployment benefits, no new job at present and a tornado that has compromised my home and surroundings. I rely heavily on my intuitive moments to get me through these very difficult times and to give me guidance and hope to a better and more wonderful life.
- When I meditate, I ask for assistance. I pay attention to all the signs that show up during the day. They appear in one of several forms: an email, a phone call, a book I open to a random page, a billboard, a word, a persistent internal nudge. When I follow the signs, they lead me to the correct destination where I find the right answer.
- Easy and simple. First, quiet the mind, Ask the question, breathe, take three deep breaths and wait. Sitting in front of my computer with a blank page up. When it starts to come, I just type away. I am aware that I am not thinking just downloading the information. I do not worry about typos. I type as fast as it comes then I read it back to myself. Astonishing information! Good advice. Not sure how I do it, but it works for me.
- A bad feeling tells it all.
- Getting quiet and just listening to what comes through.
- I always listen to myself and try to remain calm.
- If I have a choice between two or more options, I sit down, breath and flash the options on a screen in front of me. The option that lights up is the one I choose. It works!
- If I need an answer fast I write the question to God and wait for an answer. It’s amazing almost immediately I beginning receiving information. It’s like automatic writing.
- Currently I use two techniques. (1) Countdown, 3, 2, 1, then tone up to a very high note and beyond..! (2) Say an Affirmation/Invocation “I Am At-One with my Higher Self, and God/Goddess/All That Is, and I l Lovingly Invite them to Channel Through me Now!”
- Clairsentience – knowing without knowing how.
- I get a nudging or SHIVERS then I know that is the right answer for me. I feel touched by an angel.
- Sitting on my favorite quiet beach, smelling the ocean, feeling the wind, and quieting all the “extra” noise that really doesn’t matter – then I can hear what is most important.
- Quieting myself with a self-treatment of Reiki and then asking (and listening!) to my Spirit Guides.
- Prayer and meditation.
- I am a very detailed oriented person by nature and am always observing what is happening around me, very often without realizing it because it’s second nature to me. All this information that I internalize seems to pop up when I need it and gives me cues that are 99% correct. I am usually calm when this happens, or my brain is not “chattering” – to relax my mind I color and paint Mandalas, which is a form of meditation that works well for me.
- Praying – and then being open to what comes up.
- Simply asking for guidance and then actually listening
- I visualize my goal or dreams and then ask for guidance about next steps to take
I hope you all find these tips helpful! I enjoyed reading them…..
